Finance Executive (AR & GL) – Business Bay, Dubai, UAE | EPD Group

About the Role:

The EPD Group is recruiting finance professionals to join their real estate team in Business Bay, Dubai. Candidates with prior exposure to the real estate sector are preferred. We have two open roles requiring strong accounting knowledge and professionalism:

1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Finance Executive (x2): Focuses on client billing, collections, and maintaining accurate receivable records.
2. GL Finance Executive (x2): Focuses on preparing soft-closes, month-end tasks, and producing management-ready reports.

Key Responsibilities (By Role):

• AR Executive: Manage client billing and collections; maintain accurate AR records; liaise professionally with diverse clients.
• GL Executive: Prepare soft-closes and execute month-end tasks; produce management reports; ensure solid command of accounting controls and financial reporting processes.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, processes, and reporting standards (for both roles).
• GL Role: Minimum 5 years of experience; proven ability to soft close books and prepare statements. CA INTER is an added advantage.
• AR Role: Excellent communication skills for client interactions across different nationalities.
• Professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to work under strict monthly deadlines.
