Job Description:

The Center Manager will lead daily operations and ensure the highest standards of early years education, safety, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support the center’s continued success and compliance with KHDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day nursery operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure full compliance with KHDA and all relevant UAE childcare regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality EYFS education.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.
• Oversee health, safety, and hygiene standards across the nursery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with internal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Founders and Executive Director on training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 5 in Early Years Education or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of UAE-based nursery management or senior leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of EYFS or equivalent early years curriculum.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is an advantage.
• Professional, proactive, and child-centered approach.
