Job Description:

The Finance Controller will lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls while working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial governance across UAE and KSA operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and applicable UAE and KSA regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi, tax, healthcare, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
  • Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and develop the finance team while collaborating with Operations, HR, Procurement, and executive management.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
  • 8–10+ years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong experience in the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals or clinics.
  • Based in Abu Dhabi with the ability to travel to KSA when required.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, DOH Abu Dhabi regulations, KSA financial requirements, budgeting, and internal controls.
