Job Description:

The Internal Audit Manager will lead operational, financial, and compliance audits, ensuring strong internal controls and risk management frameworks across the regional business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver the annual audit plan effectively.
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits independently.
• Strengthen internal control systems and risk frameworks.
• Present audit findings and insights to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement action plans to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CIA/CPA qualification preferred.
• 5–7+ years of internal audit experience.
• Strong exposure to the manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while influencing senior decision-makers.
