Job Description:

The Procurement Executive will handle sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and vendor management to ensure timely supply of materials that meet production standards and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production needs.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Raise accurate purchase orders with clear terms and delivery schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with Finance for invoice reconciliation and credit notes.
• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of UAE experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
