Job Description:

The Accountant / Finance Officer will maintain financial records, prepare reports, monitor transactions, and support month-end closing in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and comprehensive accounting documentation.
• Prepare financial reports, monitor transactions, and support daily accounting operations.
• Assist with budgeting, financial management, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant professional accounting and financial management experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English is required (Chinese nationality preferred).
• Currently residing in the UAE with immediate joining availability.
• Prior experience in the UAE construction sector is a distinct advantage.
