Job Description:

The Head of Finance / CFO will lead financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring sustainable growth, strong governance, and effective stakeholder management. This is a strategic role ideal for an experienced finance leader with expertise in diversified groups and investment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth from USD 200M to USD 500M.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management across multiple entities.
• Oversee M&A activities, fundraising initiatives, and investment evaluations.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls, and ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.
• Drive finance digital transformation, including process automation and ERP optimization.
• Mentor, develop, and build a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and key stakeholders to enhance financial efficiency.

Requirements:

• 15–20 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior CFO or Head of Finance role.
• Strong background in diversified or investment groups.
• Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in M&A, strategic planning, and financial transformation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC regional experience preferred.
