Specialist Orthodontist – Dubai, UAE (Bay Square) | Polar Bear Dental Clinic

About the Role:

Polar Bear Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and personable Specialist Orthodontist to join our team at the Bay Square branch in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing orthodontic care across all age groups and committed to delivering multidisciplinary, patient-centered treatment.

Key Requirements:

The Specialist Orthodontist will provide evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. A core part of the role is proven clinical competence with Damon braces and Invisalign aligner systems, the ability to place mini-screws (TADs), and adopting a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach in coordination with other dental specialists.

Clinical Skills and Responsibilities:

• Provide orthodontic treatment for children, adolescents, and adults, planning and delivering evidence-based care.
• Experience with Damon braces and Invisalign aligner systems — proven clinical competence with both fixed and clear-aligner therapies.
• Ability to place mini-screws (TADs) as part of advanced orthodontic procedures.
• Adopt a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach — coordinate with other dental specialists.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient communication.

Requirements:

• Specialist Orthodontist with a valid UAE license (UAE clinical experience required).
• Active management of the doctor’s professional social media account is mandatory (to showcase clinical work).
• Strong drive to grow professionally and contribute to clinic development.
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level (functional clinical communication).
• Important Note: Applications submitted without a recent photo and a clear, up-to-date clinical portfolio will not be considered.

Compensation Details:

• Compensation is based on a Fixed salary (AED 15000 to 17000) + Percentage.
