Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physical and psychological assessments of patients, documenting vital signs and medical histories with precision.
- Care Execution: Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist in clinical procedures as directed by the attending physician.
- Monitoring: Maintain continuous observation of patient conditions, identifying and reporting any critical changes to the medical team immediately.
- Clinical Compliance: Ensure all nursing practices strictly adhere to DOH/HAAD guidelines and international patient safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Patient Education: Provide clear guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols, home care, and preventative health measures.
🔹 Requirements:
- Licensing: Must possess a valid DOH (Department of Health) or HAAD License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience within a hospital or clinical healthcare setting.
- Knowledge: Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in modern patient care techniques and medical equipment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
- Teamwork: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while working in a collaborative team environment.
