🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physical and psychological assessments of patients, documenting vital signs and medical histories with precision.
  • Care Execution: Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist in clinical procedures as directed by the attending physician.
  • Monitoring: Maintain continuous observation of patient conditions, identifying and reporting any critical changes to the medical team immediately.
  • Clinical Compliance: Ensure all nursing practices strictly adhere to DOH/HAAD guidelines and international patient safety protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Patient Education: Provide clear guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment protocols, home care, and preventative health measures.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Licensing: Must possess a valid DOH (Department of Health) or HAAD License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized and accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience within a hospital or clinical healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge: Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in modern patient care techniques and medical equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
  • Teamwork: Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while working in a collaborative team environment.
