Job Description:
We are currently hiring a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive cum Patient Relations Executive. In this dual role, you will serve as the face of our medical center, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and patients. You will be responsible for balancing efficient front-desk coordination with high-level patient relations, ensuring that every individual who enters our facility feels welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their medical journey.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Manage all front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, registration, and patient inquiries.
- Lead patient relations activities to ensure a positive, seamless, and high-quality patient experience.
- Coordinate closely with medical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth daily clinic operations.
- Maintain highly accurate and confidential patient records and front office documentation.
- Proactively address patient concerns and feedback to maintain and improve service quality standards.
- Support the Human Resources department with patient-facing administrative requirements and staff coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically within the healthcare sector (Mandatory).
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to effectively communicate with our diverse patient base.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in medical office software and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Must currently be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
