Arbrit Safety Training and Consultancy Dubai is seeking an experienced Freelance HSE Trainer – Road Safety to join its professional team. This position offers flexibility while making a positive impact on workplace and road safety standards across the UAE.
Job Description:
This Freelance role involves delivering high-quality, interactive, and engaging Road Safety and general HSE training sessions for diverse audiences. The trainer will be responsible for both online virtual delivery (via Zoom/MS Teams) and traditional classroom instruction, ensuring content aligns with global and UAE best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and engaging Road Safety and HSE training sessions for various audiences.
- Develop and customize training materials, ensuring relevance to different industries and learning needs.
- Utilize online platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams to deliver virtual sessions effectively.
- Provide both theoretical and practical instruction, focusing on real-world applications of safety principles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE road safety regulations and global best practices.
- Ensure all training content aligns with HSE standards and organizational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in Road Safety or HSE training.
- Possession of recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or RoSPA Road Safety qualification.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be currently residing in the UAE.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, or other e-learning platforms.
