Quadri Pharma is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team for specialized healthcare projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in AutoCAD and a strong background in mechanical drafting.

Job Description:

This role involves preparing accurate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings while ensuring full compliance with stringent healthcare standards. The Draftsman will also support the engineering team by assisting with quantity take-offs and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for ongoing healthcare projects.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawings and designs meet all healthcare codes and regulations.
• Support engineers and architects with design modifications, revisions, and project documentation.
• Ensure all visuals are accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of drafting experience within the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D drafting is a plus.
• Mechanical drafting experience is preferred.
• Experience in quantity take-offs and healthcare project drawings.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
