About the Role:

Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is seeking dedicated and experienced EMTs and Paramedics to strengthen our emergency response team in Abu Dhabi’s Western Region. We want professionals who can deliver high-quality pre-hospital care, work well under pressure, and join the team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

The Paramedic / EMT will be responsible for providing emergency medical care and life-saving interventions in the pre-hospital setting, including patient assessment, stabilization, accurate clinical documentation, and maintaining full readiness of emergency response vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care and life-saving interventions in pre-hospital settings.
• Assess patient condition, perform clinical procedures, and stabilize patients for transport.
• Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and ensure readiness of emergency response vehicles.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and handovers to receiving facilities.
• Participate in ongoing training, drills, and quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Valid DOH License / DOH Passer / HCPC / HCPSA.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Technology.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PHTLS, and PALS.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
