About the Role:

Erth Abu Dhabi is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Junior Waiter to support daily dining operations and ensure smooth service for staff and guests. This role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and delivering courteous and efficient service in a busy F&B environment.

Responsibilities:

The Junior Waiter will set up and restock food counters, beverage stations, and service areas throughout the shift. Key duties involve serving meals promptly, clearing and cleaning tables regularly to support smooth service flow, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene protocols. The role also involves assisting with basic kitchen duties when needed.

• Clear and clean tables regularly to support smooth service flow.
• Follow all food safety rules, hygiene protocols, and internal service procedures consistently.
• Assist with basic kitchen duties, including simple prep tasks and organizing storage areas when needed.
• Report maintenance or hygiene issues quickly to ensure safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Proactive and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene rules precisely.
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality, F&B, or related field preferred.
