Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the resort.
- Luggage Handling: Manage the safe and efficient transport, storage, and delivery of guest luggage to and from rooms.
- Information Services: Assist guests with inquiries regarding resort facilities, local Sharjah attractions, and transportation.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate with the Front Office and Concierge to ensure smooth check-in and check-out transitions.
- Vehicle Coordination: Manage the driveway area and assist with valet or parking coordination as required.
- Service Standards: Uphold the high service standards of Sharjah Collection, ensuring all interactions are professional and helpful.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Hands-on experience in the hospitality industry (Hotel or Resort background preferred).
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle luggage and remain active throughout the shift in a dynamic resort environment.
- Teamwork: A positive attitude and the willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Language: Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
