🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Standardization: Oversee and enhance culinary standards across all group locations, ensuring absolute consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Menu Engineering: Lead menu planning and recipe development, focusing on authentic and innovative Turkish cuisine.
  • Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and evaluate kitchen teams across multiple outlets to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Financial Stewardship: Implement effective food cost controls and waste management strategies to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensure all kitchens strictly adhere to international hygiene standards (HACCP) and company policies.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with senior management to align culinary operations with business expansion goals and operational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a Corporate or Group Executive Chef role managing multiple outlets simultaneously.
  • Cuisine Mastery: Mandatory and strong expertise in Turkish cuisine and its authentic preparation techniques.
  • Education: Professional Culinary Certification, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams and coordinate complex logistics across different locations.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong organizational and cost-management skills, with a focus on maximizing gross profit (GP).
  • Location: Candidates must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai for on-site group management.
