Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Crafting: Prepare premium-quality hot and cold coffee beverages with strict consistency and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bar Maintenance: Operate espresso machines and grinders; maintain a sterile and organized bar environment throughout the shift.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milks, and syrups, ensuring proper storage and FIFO rotation.
- Guest Interaction: Take orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service to all Yas Mall visitors.
- Hygiene Standards: Follow all Abu Dhabi food safety (ADAFSA) guidelines and sanitation protocols without exception.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service during peak mall hours.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume café or restaurant environment.
- Technical Skill: Solid understanding of espresso-based beverages; basic latte art skills are a distinct advantage.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a guest-first, service-oriented attitude.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately or within 1–2 weeks; flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Education: Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or specialized Barista training.
- Residency: Must be currently residing in the UAE (local candidates only).
