Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, providing professional, friendly, and efficient assistance throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all guest data and billing information are processed accurately.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
- Service Standards: Uphold the hotel’s high service standards by resolving guest complaints or issues with a proactive and calm approach.
- Coordination: Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Memorable Experiences: Go above and beyond to personalize guest interactions, contributing to high satisfaction scores and repeat business.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience working within the hospitality or hotel industry is required.
- Linguistic Advantage: Russian language proficiency is highly preferred to support our diverse international clientele.
- Education: Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong guest-handling abilities.
- Appearance: Professional appearance with a positive, service-oriented, and confident personality.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle complex inquiries and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
