Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome: Provide a professional and warm reception to all guests, ensuring attentive table service from arrival to departure.
- Order Management: Accurately record customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- Venue Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and aesthetic presentation of the dining area and guest tables.
- Guest Relations: Handle special requests and resolve concerns politely and efficiently to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Team Synergy: Work closely with the service team and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth shift operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a waitress or hospitality role is preferred, specifically within the UAE market.
- Language: Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is considered a significant advantage.
- Appearance: Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Residency: Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered for this role.
