Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcoming: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an impeccable first impression of the resort.
- Flow Management: Efficiently manage the seating charts and reservation logs for various high-end F&B outlets.
- Service Support: Assist the service team in ensuring smooth operations during peak dining hours.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Anantara luxury brand.
- Needs Assessment: Proactively address guest requirements and coordinate with the service staff to ensure personalized attention.
- Operational Assistance: Support the daily activities of the restaurant team, from menu updates to coordination with the Front Office.
🔹 Requirements:
- Availability: Must be available for immediate employment.
- Personality: A warm, friendly, and deeply guest-focused personality is essential for this role.
- Experience: Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury hotels or resorts, is considered a significant advantage.
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
