Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our elite Front Office team. This role is the heartbeat of the guest experience, requiring a professional who can deliver the high standards of a 5-star brand. You will be responsible for providing a seamless check-in and check-out process, managing guest inquiries with grace, and ensuring that every visitor feels the signature Accor welcome throughout their stay.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all guests arriving at the hotel.
- Manage all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure a high standard of service.
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with Housekeeping and Management teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and travel regulations.
- Ensure all guest data is accurately entered into the property management system.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar guest service or front office role in a luxury setting.
- Arabic or Russian language skills are highly preferred to support our diverse international clientele.
- Hands-on knowledge of Opera Cloud is considered a strong advantage.
- Professional, guest-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of flexibility and commitment to the excellence of the Human Resources standards within the group.
