Job Description:

The Marketing Executive will lead digital and offline marketing campaigns, manage social media strategy, and enhance brand presence across target markets. Based in Dubai, this creative marketing professional will create engaging content, align with sales teams to support business development, coordinate events and promotional materials, and monitor campaign performance metrics.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional activities, and company events.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support business development initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Assist in developing creative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience; background in FMCG or Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and digital strategy.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, brand management, and promotional event execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
