Job Description:

The Food & Beverage Assistant / Food & Beverage Supervisor will deliver exceptional dining service, maintain high presentation standards, and support outlet management with daily operational workflows.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide efficient and professional service.
• For the Supervisor role, oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure service quality standards are maintained.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience within hotels, restaurants, or similar hospitality environments.
• Proven supervisory experience and leadership skills required for the Food & Beverage Supervisor position.
• Strong communication, guest relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative hospitality team.
