Job Description:

The Front of House (FOH) Team Member will welcome dining guests, manage guest seating, take customer food and beverage orders, support front-of-house operations, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with outlet management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome arriving guests warmly, providing a friendly, polite, and memorable dining environment.
• Present food and beverage menus, assist guests with order selections, and answer menu inquiries accurately.
• Handle customer service requests efficiently and ensure strict adherence to service quality and hygiene standards.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization across front-of-house dining areas, service counters, and seating areas.
• Support daily outlet operations, assist with POS cash handling, order entry, and food service coordination.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and floor supervisors to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply (Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English.
• Energetic, positive, customer-focused, and friendly personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting and manage high customer volumes calmly.
• Strong team player with a professional attitude and willingness to learn hospitality operations.
