Job Description:

The Receiving & Store In Charge will oversee stock inspection, LPO verification, store distribution, and inventory controls in Dubai. Find similar positions on our hospitality jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue food, beverages, and operational supplies efficiently.
• Verify LPOs, Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), quantities, quality, and expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and execute regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) principles while monitoring stock movement, wastage, and shelf life.
• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and F&B teams to ensure strict stock security.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping, receiving, or inventory management.
• Previous experience in a hotel, club, sports facility, or F&B venue is strongly preferred.
• Solid proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and stock control software.
• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to store security and wastage minimization procedures.
