🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the pastry section and ensure efficient daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare, bake, and present premium pastries, plated desserts, and bakery items.
• Design innovative pastry creations and seasonal dessert menus.
• Produce bespoke cakes and 3D dessert showpieces with advanced decorating techniques.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and inventory stock control.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of pastry experience in a high-volume premium kitchen or hotel.
• Strong mastery of classical pastry, baking, and modern dessert artistry.
• Immediate joining availability is strongly preferred.
