HR Assistant – Recruitment
About the Role:
Capriole Construction Co. LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-focused HR Assistant – Recruitment to provide strong support to the hiring and staffing operations within the organization. This role is crucial for managing the recruitment pipeline, particularly within the construction industry, and requires confident multi-language communication skills (Hindi, Urdu, English).
What You Will Be Doing:
The HR Assistant will assist the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities, including CV sourcing, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Responsibilities also include handling job postings, coordinating between office-based staff and field teams, and supporting the onboarding and documentation procedures for new employees, ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities (CV sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews).
- Handle job postings across various online platforms and ensure accurate updates of internal recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with both office-based staff and field teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and documentation procedures for newly selected employees.
- Maintain strong organizational practices and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in HR recruitment within the construction or manpower industry (mandatory).
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (spoken and written) for effective interaction with diverse applicants and staff.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
- A strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and visa processing is considered a valuable advantage.
- Prior UAE experience in construction or contracting HR is highly preferred.
