Human Resources Manager
About the Role:
Our client, a leading Real Estate Developer behind a prestigious branded residences project in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. Based in Dubai, this role requires you to oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment between people strategy and overall business objectives while shaping and enhancing HR processes within a growing organization in the Real Estate and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will lead and manage all HR operations and processes. A critical focus is ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law and free zone regulations. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development, and managing HRIS systems to maintain accurate records.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity (mandatory).
- Proven experience in HR within the real estate, construction, or property sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and free zone regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
