About the Role:

DataCube is hiring an experienced HRIS Specialist to join a busy HR function in Abu Dhabi on a 3-month contract with possible extension. This role requires an analytical, technically capable individual to maintain HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and translate HR data into clear, strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate data and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver management-ready reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics (turnover, headcount, performance) to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to identify system enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Support HRIS projects including upgrades, integrations, and module rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and internal governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6–8 years of practical HRIS administration experience (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with major HR platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or comparable systems).
  • Extensive hands-on use of Power BI or Tableau for analytical dashboards (mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to prepare polished PowerPoint presentations.
