About the Role:

Seeker Group is seeking a seasoned HR Manager in Al Quoz, Dubai, to guide HR operations, lead HR strategies, and strengthen support for its dynamic workforce. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with labor regulations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and implement HR strategies across various business units and locations.
• Manage recruitment cycles, talent development, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee employee performance frameworks and handle staff relations.
• Maintain UAE labor law compliance and update HR policies as needed.

Requirements:
