🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive HR documentation.
- Business Development: Actively support company growth initiatives by identifying market opportunities and assisting in client acquisition efforts.
- People Coordination: Serve as a central point for employee relations, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Administrative Mastery: Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for advanced reporting, presentations, and organizational tracking.
- Process Ownership: Take full accountability for HR compliance and departmental administrative tasks without constant supervision.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with broader business development goals.
🔹 Requirements:
- Skills: Hands-on experience in HR operations and a proven track record in business development activities.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data management and professional presentations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
