Job Description:

The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations including recruitment, payroll (WPS), visa processing, employee relations, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and HR reporting. This role reports to the Managing Director and supports HR initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR files, and related documentation.
  • Process payroll while ensuring compliance with WPS and UAE Labour Law.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, and MOHRE-related processes.
  • Support performance appraisals, KPI tracking, and employee development initiatives.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR systems, monitor attendance, and ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of HR experience within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and visa processing procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software such as Bayzat, Zoho People, or BambooHR.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
