Job Description:

We are executing a strategic professional appointment within our core corporate governance wing and are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to govern daily workforce support pipelines and direct structured office workflows in Dubai. Configured for systematic entry-level professionals and fresh graduates who possess an advanced operational command of corporate productivity software and excel at maintaining pristine documentation within fast-moving business environments, this full-time track focuses on accelerating onboarding processing velocities, auditing database files, and maximizing workplace compliance metrics under our unified corporate management structure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clerical and structured administrative support to the human resources and corporate office administration teams.
  • Maintain highly accurate employee personnel records, checking digital file compliance and assisting with systematic document management.
  • Coordinate complex corporate schedules, team meeting agendas, interview pipelines, and internal company communications.
  • Support high-velocity recruitment operations, candidate tracking systems, interview coordination, and new hire onboarding activities.
  • Prepare detailed corporate reports, formal business correspondence, meeting minutes, and other administrative tracking documents.
  • Assist with day-to-day workplace operations, office management routines, and fundamental corporate human resources workflows.
  • Ensure absolute alignment with internal data privacy rules, corporate document custody policies, and office security protocols.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any academic discipline from an accredited university, with preferred consideration given to qualifications in Business, Management, or Human Resources.
  • Verified entry-level enthusiasm with an openness for fresh graduates to apply, or up to 2 years of initial exposure running a front desk, coordinating office schedules, or working inside entry-level hr jobs networks, with immediate professional availability highly preferred in Dubai.
  • Advanced digital workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking inventory sheets, formatting corporate memos, and sorting information spreadsheets inside Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Microsoft Word formatting capabilities, table design, formal business styles, templates, and document version control.
    • Microsoft Excel functions, database filtering tools, data validation, and basic tracking spreadsheet configurations.
    • Microsoft PowerPoint features, corporate theme alignment, presentation slide building, and visual communication layouts.
    • Microsoft Outlook tools, advanced calendar management, meeting scheduling, email routing, and task tracking mechanisms.
    • General office administration procedures, digital document scanning frameworks, archive systems, and front-office protocols.
    • Basic human resources concepts, file compliance parameters, interview workflows, and internal communication standards.
