Job Description:

The HR & Administration Executive will manage fundamental day-to-day personnel processes, coordinate administrative workflows, and support organizational staffing initiatives. This role handles complete lifecycle documentation, ensures accurate payroll calculations, liaises with local PRO networks for visa processing, and coordinates operational compliance with UAE labor rules.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee induction programs.
  • Coordinate with the PRO regarding employment visas, labor cards, and other government-related documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, leave management, and personnel documentation.
  • Support employee relations activities, performance management processes, and policy compliance.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and various HR projects.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related academic discipline.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of dedicated HR/Admin experience in the UAE.
  • Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law, employee relations, and general HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential employee information with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of HR administration, payroll processing, and employee database management.
