Job Description:

The HR Operations Manager will lead end-to-end HR operations, oversee payroll processes, and ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws. Working within the Human Resources and management team, the ideal candidate will enhance employee lifecycle processes, support employee engagement, and improve overall operational efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and improve HR processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace relations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience (GCC experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and payroll administration.
• In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, compliance, and HR policy development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
