Job Description:

The Senior HR Manager will oversee strategic workforce planning, drive talent acquisition, implement organizational policies, and ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws. Working within the human resources and executive management team, the ideal candidate will foster employee engagement and optimize end-to-end HR operations within a fast-paced hospitality and catering setup.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall HR operations and strategic workforce planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and talent development activities.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare workforce reports.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior HR management role.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR compliance, employee relations, and workforce management.
• Strong expertise in HR policy development, performance management, and organizational leadership.
• Exceptional decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead HR strategy and operations in a high-volume, dynamic work environment.
