Al Khail Mall is a reputed retail and shopping destination in Dubai, UAE. The organization is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support on-site human resources operations and ensure smooth HR processes for employees and management.

Job Description:

The HR Assistant will manage personnel records, support recruitment and onboarding, assist in training coordination, administer employee benefits, maintain HRIS data, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain employee files, HR records, and databases accurately.
• Assist with recruitment tasks including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support training and development initiatives by coordinating sessions and tracking participation.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate documentation.
• Update HRIS records to reflect hires, terminations, and changes.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and UAE labour law requirements.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Human Resources or HR administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and maintaining HR databases.
• Experience in benefits administration and employee services.
• Experience coordinating or supporting training and development activities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
