Job Description:

The HR Assistant will support daily Human Resources operations including employee records, onboarding, attendance management, visa coordination, insurance processes, and employee lifecycle activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, databases, and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
  • Monitor attendance records, leave balances, probation periods, and document expiry dates.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit, medical, Emirates ID, and cancellation processes with the PRO team.
  • Handle medical insurance additions, removals, amendments, and employee-related queries.
  • Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, HR memos, and other official correspondence.
  • Support resignation, termination, clearance, and employee offboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, pre-interview forms, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Follow up with employees and departments regarding pending HR requirements.
  • Ensure employee information and documentation remain accurate and updated.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Previous HR experience in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment procedures.
  • Experience with HR systems, employee records, attendance, leave management, and visa coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and document management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
