Job Description:

The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, manage daily human resources operations, and direct strategic hiring in close coordination with the senior management team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations and recruitment activities to support overall business growth.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies specifically tailored for brokerage roles.
• Handle employee-related processes while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour regulations.
• Support visa processing and general HR admin activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing business requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a Forex/CFD brokerage environment.
• Strong expertise in brokerage recruitment, hiring practices, and talent sourcing.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and visa processing.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
