Job Description:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will independently manage government affairs, process labor and immigration filings, oversee municipal and economic approvals, handle official document renewals, and coordinate with corporate management and local authorities across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), GDRFA immigration, visa, and residency transactions.
• Liaise directly with UAE government entities, municipalities, and Economic Departments to secure corporate permits and approvals.
• Prepare, submit, track, and clear official documentation and commercial licenses efficiently.
• Ensure timely processing and renewal of employment visas, residence permits, trade licenses, and statutory registrations.
• Utilize UAE government smart services, online portals, and digital filing systems to execute transactions accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date physical and digital logs of all government records, transactions, and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal HR and operational departments to streamline employee onboarding and document processing.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of solid, hands-on UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
• Mandatory established experience dealing with government authorities in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
• In-depth mastery of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, municipal protocols, and commercial licensing procedures.
• Expert proficiency in navigating UAE government online portals, e-services, and digital application systems.
• Must currently reside in the UAE; valid UAE driving license is highly advantageous.
