The HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive will source candidates across digital channels, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interview schedules, and support regional recruitment campaigns under HR management in Sharjah. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for various domestic and international client openings.
• Conduct candidate outreach, initial phone screens, and follow-up communications.
• Collect CVs, organize candidate profiles, and coordinate interview schedules between applicants and clients.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media networks for active talent sourcing.
• Maintain structured candidate databases, recruitment logs, and applicant tracking records.
