Company Overview:
A leading real estate company in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, drive organizational development, and ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws. Immediate joiners are preferred for this key role.
Job Description:
The HR Manager will manage the entire Human Resources function, covering policy development, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring all practices align with HR best practices and the specific requirements of the fast-paced real estate sector in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily HR operations and drive key organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing staff welfare and relations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist with UAE experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification is preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Skilled in policy development, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
