About the Role:

Mileo, The Palm is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for supporting people and HR operations within a professional and fast-paced luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Junior HR Executive will assist with daily HR operations, including employee records and documentation, support recruitment processes (postings, screening, interviews), contribute to maintaining a positive work environment, and assist with employee onboarding and administrative support for the HR department.

• Support recruitment processes such as job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional work environment across the organization.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and management as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and people management.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hospitality environment.
