About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer / HR Assistant to join our educational institution in Al Ain, UAE. School experience is a MUST. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring effective human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:
The HR Officer/Assistant will support recruitment, manage attendance and leave records, handle health insurance administration (registration/renewals/claims), coordinate staff training/events, prepare HR dashboards and reports using Excel, and ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and ADEK regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.
- Handle health insurance administration, including staff registration, renewals, and claims.
- Ensure adherence to school HR policies and handle employee inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and analytical reports using Excel.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law, ADEK regulations, and internal HR standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR or administrative experience, specifically within a school environment (is a MUST).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Familiarity with ADEK regulations, procedures, and health insurance management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
