Job Description:

Golden Crown Real Estate LLC is seeking a creative Content Creator to join its growing team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this digital content specialist will produce photo and video assets, create engaging short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn), monitor trending strategies, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote real estate listings and enhance brand visibility.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Film and edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Develop fresh and creative content ideas to promote real estate projects and services.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant content strategies.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital content creation, photography, filming, and video post-production.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of social media platform dynamics, visual storytelling, and digital marketing trends.
• Self-motivated, highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaign deadlines.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
