About the Role:

Whitespot is looking for a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor with solid hotel experience to join their housekeeping team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be able to take immediate upskilling responsibility for daily operations and must currently be on a cancelled visa or visit visa.

Key Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise room attendants, and ensure daily cleaning standards are met across the property. This role demands strong leadership and team management skills to lead, train, and motivate staff to consistently meet high service standards within the hotel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations and workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff (room attendants) to meet service and quality standards.
• Oversee and maintain cleaning standards and quality control across all areas.
• Assist in managing departmental schedules and resources efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hotel sector (mandatory).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Candidate must be available for immediate joining.
• Visa status: Candidates must be on a cancelled visa or visit visa.
