About the Role:

MZO Group is seeking a polished and service-oriented Concierge Agent to join a distinguished pre-opening luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional guest experiences and serving as the primary point of contact for concierge services from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

The Concierge Agent will warmly welcome guests and provide tailored assistance with hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and reservations. Core duties include handling guest inquiries professionally, offering knowledgeable recommendations, and coordinating essential guest services such as booking restaurants, arranging taxis, and facilitating special requests, ensuring an elevated level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide tailored assistance with local attractions and reservations.
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and offer knowledgeable recommendations aligned with luxury standards.
• Coordinate guest services such as booking restaurants, arranging taxis, managing luggage support, and facilitating special requests.
• Work closely with the front office team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests seeking concierge services.

Requirements:

• Must currently be residing in the UAE (mandatory).
• UAE experience in a concierge or related guest service role within Hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE locations, culture, and general hospitality standards is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with Arabic language proficiency rewarded through an additional allowance.
• Professional appearance, a customer-centric mindset, and ability to manage requests courteously.
