Key Responsibilities:
The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate end-to-end logistics, including inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods. Duties involve liaising with suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs, tracking and resolving issues related to delays, and maintaining accurate inventory and compliance documentation. The role also requires analyzing logistics data for cost optimization and handling customer enquiries regarding order status.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
- Track and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or documentation errors.
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping logs, bills of lading, and compliance documentation.
- Analyse logistics data to support continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer enquiries regarding order status and logistics updates.
