Job Description:

As a Barista at The Espresso Lab, you’ll prepare high-quality coffee beverages, maintain excellent service standards, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare specialty coffee and hot/cold drinks to standard using espresso machines and grinders
• Deliver friendly, efficient service that leaves guests feeling welcome and valued
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, equipment, and seating
• Work closely with colleagues to manage peak service periods and ensure smooth operations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista or in a fast-paced café environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• A passion for coffee, attention to detail, and a warm customer-first approach
