We are currently seeking a talented Meta Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team and lead performance-driven campaigns that bring measurable results.
Your Mission:
- Design, launch, and manage effective Meta lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs to ensure continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into clients.
- Ensure a steady flow of qualified, high-quality leads through strategic ad optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Meta lead generation campaigns.
- Background in real estate marketing is a strong advantage.
- Analytical and creative mindset with strong attention to performance metrics.
- Excellent understanding of digital ad strategies and consumer behavior.
- Willingness to work in-house (no remote work option).
